I officially started my second internship in my educational media (school librarian) graduate program. This is my secondary placement. The two librarians are nice and I have a great opportunity to really learn a lot.
But just a little secret for you....
I don't want to be a high school librarian.

I knew you were working on a graduate degree, but I didn't know it was for the library! I just completed all my coursework last fall for my library endorsement. I just need to take the state test for certification. I just didn't get in a hurry because with all the cuts, the job I really wanted wasn't going to be available. I've thought about doing the middle school classes so I could do that age, but I'm like you, I have no interest in high school, I'd love the elementary library!
