Snow Day!

We woke up Sunday morning to snow on the ground!

We got dressed to head to church, but after starting to drive, realized the road on the way to the church was iced over.  After hearing that the church planned on closing due to the weather, we headed to Waffle House for breakfast with our friends Rick and Tiffany who were two cars behind us. Rick and Tiffany are home on vacation from their job in Africa, so we haven't spent time with them since this past summer. Though we planned to go to lunch, the unexpected surprise of breakfast was a great treat.

After breakfast, we met some friends to go sledding at a local school. It was SO much fun!
