The moment has finally arrived! As of 3:00 this afternoon, our kitchen redo (except for the floors) was complete. I am so proud and thankful for my husband. He has been working like crazy the past week tearing out, plumbing, doing electrical work, cutting, painting, and putting in the backsplash. He did everything in this kitchen update but install the counter tops. We were able to save so much money because he is so great and willing to try new things. I just love him! :)
So without further ado, I present to you- our kitchen!

ReplyDeleteI am jealous! Our kitchen is super outdated (I am sure the oven is older than I am)! I love it! Thank goodness for handy husbands!
ReplyDeleteI love your cabinets and they look great with the new countertops! My parents house originally had pink marble-looking countertops in the kitchen & bath with they moved in! There were lots of pink things in that house!
ReplyDeleteAsh, I love it! The finished product looks great! Good work Brian! : )

The new counter tops look great. I like the way the new back splash makes it seem like you have more space between the counter tops and upper cabinets. Beautiful kitchen!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful - love the counters.
ReplyDeleteIt looks gorgeous! I love the countertops and the backsplash, they make such a difference.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! So much work and yet sooo rewarding! Enjoy your new kitchen and make wonderful memories in it!

Very nice!I love the white board backsplash :)
ReplyDeleteLove it! Your kitchen is very similar to mine. White cabinets, white bead board, and red barn stars up above! I don't have shiny new countertops, though. Just some laminate that the builders put in. We hope to put in butcher block someday. Enjoy your new kitchen!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job! I love the contrast of the granite, and the room overall looks much brighter!
